Giant Ant, located in historic Strathcona.Vancouver is a creative studio, a design shop, an animation house. A diverse & tight-knit team from all over the globe. For 15 years, they’ve worked hard to cultivate the very best talent in the industry and, together, craft meaningful and creative work.

Studio Projects:

-Adult Swim - Royal Crackers (Artist Ident):
The studio have always wanted to make an Adult Swim artist ident, and the day finally came. Their brief was to get unhinged and work within the Royal Crackers universe. No big tricks, just a lotta frame-by-frame fun.

-Converse -Topo Chico (Advertisement):
An ad for the first collaboration between Converse and Topo Chico. The collection features 3 different sneakers and two pieces of apparel. Art Director Gabriel Baer, wanted to connect Converse and Topo Chico culturally, and landed on featuring Converse Cons rider Erik Herrera while he travels through a day - going from the bodega, to the skatepark, and finally the block party.

-Nike - Bunny Run (Commercial):
Giant Ant had the pleasure of diving into this great brief from Wieden+Kennedy Shanghai, bringing China’s great sprinter Su Bingtian’s childhood to life. They took inspiration from classic Asian animation, building a rich 2D world full of detailed matte paintings topped with frame-by-frame character animation.
