The Line is an animation studio run by animators. Which might sound obvious, but it’s actually pretty rare. It means our priority is always the quality of the work. No middle men. No meetings about meetings. No memes (jks. loads of memes).

"We bring our love of craft and storytelling to everything we do, from advertising and interactive to music videos and original content. "

Their studio is in East London but our team is from all over: Norway , Japan even Sussex! Their specialism is 2D animation, but they are most hyped when making stuff that they haven’t been asked to make, like games, series and interactive experiences.

So far they have racked up at least 20 million views across all their platforms, 7 Vimeo Staff Picks and a BAFTA nomination.



Studio Projects:

-Overwatch 2 X Transformers:
This project was extremely close to the teams hearts. All lot of them grew up as HUGE fans of the Transformers series and film. Working with two incredible IPs (one of which was an inspiration for many of them to get into animation) was a special full circle moment for all.

-Delivery At Dawn:
A film made in collaboration with Nouns DAO as a thank you to their software coders, Protocol Guild. A floating city in the sky where the communities of Ethereum live. Everything is dry and cold until the hero's of our story return at dawn bringing magical water that injects life into the world.

-Heavenly Vessel (short film):
The uneasy stasis of a space-dwelling Monarchy is shaken by the arrival of a hypnotic, luminous dwarf planet. Caught between the authoritarian Duke and the impulsive Prince, all will come to light. Heavenly Vessel explores the fear of transformation and change.
