Studio Projects:
Big Hero 6- The Series:
Based on the wildly popular, Oscar-winning film ‘Big Hero 6’, this 2D television series follows the on-going adventures of Hiro and his friends. Nominated for an Emmy for best animated series, ten of the first season’s episodes were fully produced in Nørlum studio under the direction and in collaboration with DIsney. The series has gone on to be financed for several more seasons.
Eddie of the Realms Eternal:
Amazon pilot for an adventure comedy series animated at Nørlum in collaboration with Cartoon Saloon. Working with Cartoon Saloon, together they produced this popular 22-minute TV pilot episode for Amazon, based on a script written by Bill Motz and Bob Roth. Directed by Paul O’Muiris, it’s a story about a lonely little kid pulled out of school into a fantasy world of magic and monsters--that only he and his new misfit elf partner--can save.
Philip's Story:
Short film for Travelers Insurance about distracted driving--and the unfinished story of a life cut short. Nørlum produced this touching piece for Psyop as part of the Travelers Insurance Unfinished Stories campaign. All of production from layout to animation to compositing to final output was done in-house.
