Back in 2018, Animwood started as a team of animation enthusiasts. Today, they are a global studio based in Kraków, Poland - united by one goal: to craft outstanding animated films and videos. They produce animated series, shots, features and business videos.
Their team of twenty creatives writes, directs, and animates, bringing ideas and visions to life with precision and care.


Studio Projects:

Acumen - The Journey of the Dollar:
For Acumen - a global nonprofit finding solutions to fight poverty - Animwood put together a short, upbeat animated video that shows what happens when someone decides to donate to their cause. On top of the main animation, they also created six cut-down versions in different aspect ratios for the client’s social media channels.

DODA:
This project required animated inserts created for a documentary series about a renowned Polish pop celebrity – Doda. Designed to seamlessly integrate with the live-action footage, these animations add rhythm and unique personality to the series. The three-part documentary series is available on Amazon Prime Video as one of its flagship productions in the Polish market.

Herstory:
Herstory Lessons shares lives of women who have made an impact in history. The inspiring stories of Dolores Huerta, Judith Heumann, Dorothy Butler Gilliam, Dorothy Irene Height, Anuradha Bhagwati, and Heather "Lucky" Penney, presented in 6 episodes. Every frame was crafted to educate, inspire, and celebrate their history.
