SERU Animation has specialized in the production of hand-drawn and CGI animated feature films and TV series since its founding in 2011. With its headquarters and creative base in Ludwigsburg and an independent creative team and studio in Hannover, SERU acts as a producer and partner from script development to theatrical premiere or broadcast, maintaining high standards for artwork and design, as well as a strong sense of responsibility regarding adherence to milestones, deadlines, and overall budgets.

For projects primarily funded by European sources, SERU, under the leadership of Managing Director Sebastian Runschke, assumes overall management of all work steps and areas within animated film productions, as well as creative direction, planning, and execution. Key areas of focus include meticulous story and project development and the production process.

Raven The Little Rascal:
Little Raven is a loudmouth and always up to mischief. But when he accidentally damages the dam at the edge of the forest while playing one day, the entire forest is suddenly in danger. Afraid of punishment, Little Raven wants to cover up his fateful mistake. So, together with the timid sheep Woolly and the strong bear Eddie, he sets off to find the beavers. After all, they built the dam and can surely fix the damage. Will Little Raven and his friends succeed in saving their beloved forest?

Petronella Applewitch Series:
In the picturesque, wild garden of twins Luis and Lea lives the chaotic apple witch Petronella, as well as a curious society of stick-like apple men, an orderly stag beetle, a culinary caterpillar, a grumpy hedge sprite, a cheeky gnome, and many more – an adventurous world where true greatness lies in the eye of the beholder.

Rabbit Academy :
Three chaotic rabbit children from the city end up at a magical rabbit boarding school deep in the forest. A fun, action-packed, and emotional culture clash between modern city kids and tradition-conscious boarding school students shows that true magic arises from true diversity.
