2D Animator (Harmony)

Job Description

Belli Studio is hiring! The animator will be responsible for creating the movements, poses and expressions of characters and objects according to the instructions of supervisors and directors, as well as interpreting the animatic. Even when working with the 2D cutout technique, we will need knowledge of traditional animation.

Responsibilities:

• Study the storyboard and animatic of the work to be animated
• Study the director’s guidelines for animating each scene
• Study the audio and plan the scene
• Determine key poses for characters and present to supervisor or director
• Refine the movements, create the intervals and finish the scenes
• Actively participate in daily production meetings
• Feed the company’s systems with information about the project on a daily basis
• Export videos and review them before submitting for approval
• Meet agreed deadlines
• Follow the naming conventions established in the production pipeline

Requirements

• Knowledge of the fundamental principles of animation and the ability to use them in practice
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to work under direction and flexibility to change
• Good communication and ability to assimilate and express ideas
• Proactive in solving problems and helping the team
• Show interest and willingness to multitask
• Good interpersonal relationships
• Professional experience and/or courses in the artistic or animation fields will be appreciated
• Intermediate knowledge of English
