Golden Wolf is an Emmy-nominated animation studio founded in 2013 with offices in London and New York.

Their work lives in the space between irreverent humour, intensely dynamic action and psychedelia. Their unique and youthful perspective has been applied to global commercial campaigns, opening titles, music videos, AR filters, VR experiences and social media campaigns. They are passionate about creating entertaining content that creates a lasting and shareable impression.

Since their inception they have quickly established a global reputation, catching the attention of major brands and networks such as Nike, Facebook, Gatorade, Disney and Adult Swim.



Studio Projects:

-The Monkey King:
A Netflix feature film directed by Oscar nominee Anthony Stacchi. It's an exciting, action-packed retelling of the classic Chinese tale, Journey to the West. Working closely with the Netflix team, Golden Wolf were tasked with creating a unique vision for Monkey’s demon-fighting montage sequence - a complete stylistic break from the rest of the film and one heavily inspired by traditional Chinese brushwork.

-Adult Swim/ Death By Romy - Late Nights (Music Video):
Following a dramatically visceral script and drawing visual inspiration from 90s anime classics. This project gave Golden Wolf the opportunity to explore innovative storytelling techniques and bold visuals, treating each shot like a stand alone illustration.

-Adult Swim/ Rick & Morty Season 6 Stunt:
Named Wormageddon after the mysterious and terrifying monster that attempts to take over the world in an Endgame-esque battle, the spots see the whole Rick & Morty gang fighting for their lives with everything they’ve got!

Golden Wolf worked closely with the Adult Swim marketing team to develop a unique look and feel that stayed true to the essence of the show while giving the campaign, which consisted of 6 spots including commercial collaborations with Samsung and Green Hydrogen, an ownable look of its own.
