Peekaboo Animation was born as a 2D boutique studio with the aim of delivering fresh quality content, targeting mainly kids and youth, mixing entertainment and fun with strong social values. They create, develop and produce their own ideas, and give a voice to young creators who share their same vision and passion for animation. They believe in compelling stories and attractive visual designs that provide positive views of the world.

With a strong focus on animated TV series, they also deal with theatrical feature films and shorts, as well as digital content. Additionally, they always work in coproduction with international partners as the studio believes in collaboration. Their commitment to quality turns into universal stories which captivate and inspire audiences worldwide. Thanks to this, their projects have been seen in more than 140 countries.

Rocky Kwaterner:
In the prehistoric Quaternary era, Rocky, a 10-year-old Cro-Magnon boy, is about to undergo the Grand Journey ritual, marking his transition to a hunter. Eager to start, Rocky takes a shortcut across a frozen lake, falls through the ice, and becomes frozen for 35,000 years. In the 21st century, archaeologist Mary Tikka discovers Rocky in the Himalayan glaciers and adopts him, integrating him into her family with two siblings, Theo and Luna. Rocky now faces modern childhood adventures, but evil Professor Torpille wants to refreeze him to gain fame.

My Little Heroes:
Some heroes achieve great goals but don’t appear in comics—they are real people who were once children. Impatient, passionate, sometimes reckless or scatterbrained… just like any other kids. Bruno and Olivia will meet these heroes: Mozart, Amelia Earhart, Mandela, Cleopatra… when they were kids, and together they will live adventures always tied to these heroe’s future achievements. Based on a book collection by EMSE, published by Shackleton Books.

Best Friends Forever… STRANDED!:
Frank, a smarty-pants rooster dreaming of becoming a famous writer, gets stranded on a remote island with his shy pig friend, Chops. There they befriend Charli, a cheerful vegan crocodile, and together they will live the most bizarre adventures. On the island, they clash with the Sausage Squad, a gang of superstitious tough boars, and their leader, the crazy shaman Hokus Porkus, they’ll deal with the ancient prophecy written in the Porkonomicon, and face Ms. Flaherty, an evil documentary filmmaker obsessed with wealth and power.
