Studio Konkret was founded in 2020 by Linus Rosenqvist, Andreas Nilsson and Olle Bergmark, who previously formed the animation department at the production company Lillasyster Produktion. When Lillasyster closed down, the trio moved to the current office at Kocksgatan 50 on Södermalm in Stockholm, and Studio Konkret was formed.

Their driving force is to create amazing animated content for all platforms, web and online as well as television. They are passionate about visual storytelling and have worked on projects for companies such as Ubisoft, H&M, and EY, as well as for globally recognized brands including Coca-Cola and Microsoft. Their focus is always the storytelling and how the visual style can interact with the story. They handle both 2D and 3D animation with equal skill, whether it's for animated commercials and information films or game trailers and cinematics

They have received both nominations and awards at, among others, the Roygalan in Stockholm, the Vega Awards in New York and the NYX Video Awards in Los Angeles.


Studio Projects:

Nereus: The Mechanism:
Konkret had the opportunity to work with Vanda again, this time in connection with the launch of their motion sickness medication Nereus. The project was produced during the spring and summer of 2026 and launched during the NBA Finals across the United States. The film revolves around a couple who embark on a sailing trip off Mykonos. The story draws inspiration from Greek mythology, ancient engineering and a sense of mystery, where the handmade expression meets a more technically advanced production.

The Pipe - Season 1 and 2:
In each episode, curious children Greta and Tamara are given a new and challenging question about things that five-year-olds often ponder and to which they do their utmost to find the answer. To help them, they have their brave and wise friend, the bear Sylvester, who jumps down the pipe to step into new worlds and adventures about everything. Studio Konkret have been involved in developing the program together with Snowbird and Alaska. Togeher they have created the original design for Sylvester and set the entire visual concept as well as all illustrations, animation and compositing.

Ponvory - Blackout:
In the fall of 2024, pharmaceutical company Vanda Pharmaceuticals approached Studio Konkret with a request to create a 1-minute animated commercial in anime style. Super excited, the studio rolled up their sleeves, assembled a team, and threw themselves into this fun project. The commercial premiered on ABC during the Oscars broadcast on March 2, 2025.
