Studio Projects:

-Three Little Pigs (Commercial) :
Directed by Nelly Michenaud, Studio Orca created this 2D animated commercial for Exel Composites. Exel Composites are a company that supplies strong, durable building material, so what better story to adapt than The Three Little Pigs?

-Pendulum- Louder Than Words (Music Video):
Directed by Ed Bulmer, the video follows a washed up cartoon, Bob, as he watches his former showbiz partner’s career go from success to success. Pitched as a “lofi Who Framed Roger Rabbit?”, the video combines live action footage shot on an iPhone with cartoony, 2D hand drawn animated characters.

-How to rob a Bank (Netflix):
Studio Orca created the animated sections of this Netflix true crime documentary. They were approached by Lone Wolf Studios, the production company behind the documentary, to bring to life certain sections of the film that could not be covered in archive footage or interviews - in collaboration they were able to use animation to it’s full advantage and made it integral to the story being told. The documentary follows the exploits of Scott “Hollywood” Scurlock, who carried out a number of high profile bank robberies in Seattle during the early 1990’s.
