Werlen Meyer is a Paris-based animation studio born from cinema and advertising. Founded in 2018, what sets them apart is a practice rooted as much in culture as in commercial work, collaborating with filmmakers, musicians, and artists alongside high-end brands.

Their portfolio includes campaigns for Richard Mille, Cadillac, Rémy Martin, and Cartier, collaborations with Ubisoft, television projects for HBO and Amazon Studios, and two Wes Anderson films.


Studio Projects:

Dior — Lucky Wallet Day:
As close as possible to the garden for this Dior campaign. An onboard camera, guided by a refined sound design where the rustling of vegetation and the murmur of insects resonate, draws us into a poetic, naturalistic immersion at the heart of the flowers and the delicate flight of a ladybug.

Richard Mille — Eternal Snow:
The launch of the new Richard Mille watch, RM Ceramic, is part of the Eternal Snow collection, following on from the Endless Summer collection (2023). Werlen Meyer were tasked with imagining this new capsule by creating, this time, a winter atmosphere in San Francisco. The film is produced in mixed media, combining 2D and 3D animation to deliver a final result infused with a sense of childlike wonder.

Ubisoft — The Division Resurgence:
The Division faces a new enemy: Arthur King. In an apocalyptic New York City ravaged by a massive pandemic, the world’s most beloved businessman loses everything and becomes one of its most feared and bloodthirsty killers. To deepen the psychological dimension of the story, Werlen Meyer crafted a visual language rooted in expressive storytelling and immersive camera work, using reflections in screens, mirrors, and shattered glass to reveal Arthur’s duality and mark his tipping point. They reinforced his descent with short focal lengths that created a sense of oppression and instability, then shifted to longer lenses to emphasize his power and newfound composure during the conclave, where he stood in full armor.
