MagicLux Studios are seeking Storyboard artists, promo Animators, video editos and more!
Available Roles:
-Promo Animators (Rough animation/Layout Animators, Clean-up/ In-between Animators)
-Video Editor
-Storyboard Artist
-Social Media Manager
Please Keep in Mind:
- Please note that this is a paid project. As an independent animation studio operating within an indie budget, compensation will reflect thier current production scale. Payments will be issued via Cash App or Venmo, so applicants must have one of these platforms set up in advance.
- At this time, opportunities with Magiclux Studios should be considered supplemental work and not a replacement for full-time employment.
- They are currently unable to provide licensed software. All team members are expected to have access to the necessary tools required to fulfill their role. That said, we aim to offer software support in the future as the studio grows. (Software: Toon Boom (or Clip Studio Paint.),Adobe After Effects, Storyboard Pro.)
- Magiclux Studios operates as a collaborative team, and clear, consistent communication is essential. They maintain scheduled check-ins to ensure project milestones are met, and they expect regular progress updates from all contributors.
- Due to the potential volume of applications, they may not be able to respond individually regarding application outcomes
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be considered
- This application is Seasonal term based.

Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in core art fundamentals, including human anatomy, gesture drawing, perspective, and overall draftsmanship.
- Prior industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Able to produce work that is cinematic, sincere, and action-anime–inspired, with a strong emphasis on expressive character acting, dynamic perspective, and confident draftsmanship.
- Ability to adapt and match an established visual style. Selected artists will be expected to align proportionally and expressively with the Magiclux Studios art style to the highest degree possible.
- Implement feedback and revisions in a timely and professional manner
