[ANIMATION BOOTCAMP 3.0] A CHANCE TO JOIN THE WORLD OF OTSU LABS ANIMATION!

After the success of the previous two Bootcamp seasons, Otsu Labs officially launched Animation Bootcamp 3.0. This is a strategic training program to find and train core personnel, who are willing to accompany Otsu Labs to build image value systems and develop original IPs of Vietnamese people.

WHY ANIMATION BOOTCAMP 3.0?
This is a program for the Layout/Key Animator Trainee and Douga/Shiage (Cleanup/Inbetweener/Colorist) Trainee, where you will:

– 100% hands-on, working according to the professional pipeline of the animation industry
– Well-trained in each stage of production by foreign lecturers
– Opportunity to get acquainted with the speed & standards of animation in the studio
– Receive feedback directly from the production team
– Undergo a practical competency assessment for consideration for formal recruitment after the program

Launch time: mid-4/2026
(Animation Bootcamp – 3 Months)

Training duration: 3 months.
Expected start date: April 2026.
Format: Intensive training – Apprenticeship allowance provided.

Requirements

• Experience working as a Douga/Shiage or Key Animator in animation projects, or a portfolio clearly demonstrating professional competence on their respective trainee roles,
• Ability to communicate in English in the workplace (professional exchange, reading and understanding production documents).
• Proficient in using software such as Clip Studio or equivalent.
• Careful, patient, and highly responsible.
• Willing to work in a high-intensity, high-quality environment.
