Job Description
Shockwave Animation are hiring artists to join them for the production of the animated opening for the official Lacey’s Flash Games video game! This project is paid but please keep in mind that this is an independent animated production, and the budget is small. These roles are for people familiar with the animation production pipeline.
They are looking for the following roles:
- CG Environment Modeler (Blender)
- Rig Animator (Toon Boom)
- Motion Graphics Artist (After Effects)
- FX Animator
- Visual Development Artist
- Production Manager/Coordinator
Rig Animator
- Must know how to animate with Toon Boom Harmony rigs.
- Be adaptable to quick turnarounds and consistent check-ins.
- Experienced in team collaboration and communication.
FX Animator
- Must know Toon Boom Harmony, have experience with 2D FX animation.
- Experienced in team collaboration and communication.
- Be adaptable to quick turnarounds and consistent check-ins.
You’ll be notified of your selection and rate via email in the second week of June, before any contract is signed. If you decide to move forward with them, they’ll interview you virtually.
