STORYBOARD ARTISTS
Tia Ballard is seeking a storyboard artist who excels at discovering character through physical comedy, musical staging, movement, timing, and expression.
The initial assignment is a 15–30 second dialogue-free sequence featuring a single character. They’re looking for someone who can capture the spirit of performers like Fred Astaire by embracing clarity of movement, rhythm, charm, and visual storytelling to communicate without dialogue.
This is a paid exploratory assignment. They will be commissioning storyboard artists to explore different creative approaches before selecting one direction for further development. All participating artists will be compensated.
Preference will be given to applicants with professional or indie animation storyboard experience.
