Job Description
Studio Moshi are taking Expressions Of Interest (EOI) applications for experienced 2D Animation Scene Set Up, Riggers, Animators (experienced in Rigged Animation), and FX Artists on a long form animated series.
Format: Remote (Victoria based)
Expression of Interest – Late 2026
Work Location: Must be Australia based and preferred State of Victoria.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND REQUIRED ABILITIES
* Experience as a 2D rigged animator, showcasing a strong portfolio of high quality rigged animation work
* Proficiency in Toon Boom Harmony
* Ability to interpret storyboards and creative briefs
* A solid understanding of anatomy and perspective.
* Knowledge of animation principles and composition techniques.
* Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high artistic standards.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Strong organizational skills to prioritize work to meet goals or deadlines.
* Maintain confidentiality over all matters and proprietary information.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Create high quality rigged animation in line with style guides
* Work collaboratively with animation team and directors to establish clear visual style
* Ensure that characters interact naturally with backgrounds and props.
* Maintain quality control over character and prop proportions
* Address feedback from supervisors and make necessary revisions.
* Work within established production timelines and deadlines.
