Job Description
Gameplay Group is looking for a contract 2D Animator for a short-term contract on a PC/Console game that is in production. Candidates must be fluent in English, and proficient in frame by frame, hand drawn animation. While this contract is short term, it is for immediate start to a successful candidate, and is fully remote.
Candidates must be willing to provide a reel and undertake an animation sample test as their animation process is unique to their technology. The test is not paid.
This is fully remote position, and open to candidates worldwide.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Frame by Frame Animation to effectively develop and bring concepts to life.
- Is an independent contractor who will invoice and provide their own development tools.
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Attention to detail and creativity in executing visually appealing animations.
- Previous experience in a similar role or a portfolio showcasing expertise in 2D animation.
