Studio Psycho are looking for an ART DIRECTOR, 2D ANIMATORS & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER to help out with HEATHENS!

Please Keep in Mind:
- Please be 18+ only!
- While yes this is a paid project, please keep in mind this is an indie animation so the project is on an indie budget. Payment will also be sent through Wise, so please have that set up. (It can do direct bank transfers too).
- As of right now, working on Heathens is more like a side gig, so please don’t expect it to replace your day jobs!
- While they can’t make any promises right now, they’re aiming to potentially provide opportunities for part-time or full-time work in the future.
- They will not able to supply any paid software, so please be sure to have it already! (Software: Toon Boom Harmony.)
- Heathens is a team effort, so communication is key. There are expectations that need to be hit if we want to make this real^tm! There will be a weekly/biweekly-ish check-ins, so please keep the team regularly updated!
- Due to high number of responses, they cannot respond to everyone with the outcome of their application.

Requirements
- Strong understanding of art fundamentals such as: human anatomy, gesture drawing, perspective, general draftsmanship etc.
- Strong grasp of both the 12 principles of animation fundamentals and other techniques like ‘wave principle’, action-timing, line economy, lip syncing, tight inbetweening etc.
- Familiarity with style mimicking - particularly anime-leaning art/animation styles with examples.
- Prior industry experience is preferred but not needed. Portfolio is king!
