Studio Moshi are on the lookout for experienced 2D Hand-drawn Key Animators who want to push the limits on their latest high-octane 2D series! The candidate must be an Austrailian Citizen or be a Permanent Resident, please take this into consideration.
They are on the search for 2D Hand-drawn Key Animators to help bring explosive characters, high-energy action and wildly unpredictable adventures to life with a crew pushing creative boundaries every day. Key Animators will create key frames for the most important poses that tell the story, while maintaining consistency in proportions, perspective, and acting.
DATES AND DETAILS
Start date: Mid-July 2026
Work Location: Sydney and Greater NSW Preferred/ Brisbane and Greater QLD Preferred, Remote AUS Considered
Reports to: Animation Directors, Supervising Director
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create high quality key frame animation in line with animation and style guides
• Work collaboratively with animators and directors to establish clear visual style
• Ensure that characters interact naturally with backgrounds and props.
• Maintain quality control over character and prop proportions
• Address feedback from supervisors and make necessary revisions.
• Work within established production timelines and deadlines.
