Character animator for animated social media videos

Nam Studio are looking for a Character Animator to make animated videos for social media.

Know that this job is for you if:

• You can create characters and animate them in videos
• You can dub or create voices for characters
• You’re not allergic to cats (they have 2 in the office, their names are Vincenzo and Fabrizio),unless you’re a remote superstar, more on that bellow.

Time:

Monday– Friday, 9:00 – 18:30 (full time).

📍 Location:

They work from their office in Avigliana (Turin) . They usually work remotely on Fridays (smart working). (However, they’re flexible about this: if you’re a superstar but live in Cuba, full remote work might also be fine 😉).

💰 Money:

Fixed-term contract for an initial 3 months, €1,000 net per month (test phase).

Then, if everything goes well (or rather, if it goes super well):

• Permanent contract at €1,800 net per month (for 12 annual months).

• Within 2 years, if you prove yourself to be a champion, salary increases up to €2,500 net per month .

WHAT THEY NEED THE PERSON THEY ARE LOOKING FOR TO DO:

Able to manage animated content creation for approximately four different projects, with the goal of building organic social audiences for assigned clients (or internal projects). In practice, this means making their animated characters and projects go viral (organically), creating memorable case studies to be proud of.

To achieve this, you will have to do these things (and more):

• Strategy and creativity for animated content:  inventing winning characters and formats, writing memorable scripts , and monitoring content performance to understand what works best;
• Video Creation and Animation:  Knowing how to manage animated video production from A to Z – from creating or choosing the character, to animating their expressions and movements, to recording the voiceover (the voices will be fun 😜) and finally editing the video complete with audio, subtitles, effects, etc.;
• Project and client management:  organizing work to meet the publishing schedule (there will be a lot of content to produce, as you can imagine), interacting with the client and the team, being super organized, responsible, and a problem solver in every situation.

All this for about 4 projects that publish approximately 4 to 7 videos a week each (yes, a lot 🤯).

RESPONSIBILITY

Only 2, but very important:

• Make sure you create and publish all your planned posts/videos, without skipping a single one;
• Achieve the KPIs (performance metrics) they set for each project.
