Role Description:
Flux are currently seeking 2D Animators for contract roles on a 4–6 month project. Working on-site at the studio is strongly preferred, but remote work may be considered on a case-by-case basis. If this sounds interesting to you, they would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Create compelling 2D animation, working with shots from rough to clean-up.
- Work effectively in a team environment, regularly collaborating with team members and supervisors.
- Be proficient in the use of Toon Boom Harmony for drawn animation.
- Nimbly adapt to feedback and proactively apply it moving forward

Requirements
- Background in traditional hand-drawn animation with 4 years of experience preferred but NOT necessary.
- Proficiency in Toon Boom Harmony
- Strong understanding of anatomy, motion, and character behavior
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective use of reference materials and research
- Familiarity with industry-standard software and hardware, including Cintiq, Toon Boom, and Photoshop
- A character animation reel (maximum 2 minutes) demonstrating visual storytelling, believable expressions, emotional range, personality, appeal, entertainment value, clear timing, weight, physics, balance, and staging
