Job Description
HIRO 裕 IP Studio is always hiring animators and illustrators.
They build short-form animated IPs for gaming and entertainment brands. They work with clients like FIFA Rivals (Mythical Games), OneFootball (200M users), Anime Heart Hunters (YGG Play), and Giga Noob (@playgigaverse).
They are building a talent pool of animators and illustrators we can activate as new IPs launch.
What they are look for:
• Hand-drawn and frame-by-frame animation. No AI. The soul of the content comes from the craft.
• Character-driven storytelling. You understand how to make an audience fall in love with a character in under 60 seconds.
• High agency and autonomy. You receive a brief and you run with it. You can fully flesh out a video with your creativity and the team’s guidance, without needing constant direction.
• Self-sufficient. You understand the assignment, you ask the right questions early, and you deliver.
• You move fast. Social media does not wait.
• You understand what makes content stop the scroll.
• You are creative, and understand humor
What working with them looks like:
• Remote and async. The team have members in Colombia, Canada, Malaysia, Dubai, Argentina, and the Philippines.
• You own your animation end to end. They send the brief. You bring it to life.
• Competitive rates. They pay per project and build long-term relationships with people who deliver.
• Real reach. Your work goes on accounts with hundreds of thousands of followers and the potential to go viral.
They are especially looking for animators with experience in or passion for: gaming content, anime-inspired styles, football and sports, and character IP development.
