Job Description

 Glass Arrow Studios is hiring for an exciting indie production, as well as future opportunities!

They’re looking for candidates with a strong track record in animated projects, specifically focused on expressive and dynamic character animation using Clip Studio Paint.

They are currently seeking animators experienced in:
⭐ Layout & Key Animation
⭐ Inbetweening
⭐ Clean-Up
⭐ Coloring
⭐ FX Animation

This is a paid opportunity, with compensation set at Japanese market rates. Production begins March 2026 and is fully remote.

As they are based in Los Angeles, applicants must be available to meet within U.S. working hours.

Requirements

  • Demo Reel showing off your skills.
  • Experience with similar animated projects.
  • Capable of delivering expressive and dynamic character animation.
  • Proficient with Clip Studio Paint.
  • Able to communicate and have meetings within U.S. working hours.
